With your first call to Expressions you will feel what separates us from other studios; we care about our clients, we want to form a bond with each client, we want to be your family’s photographer. Gisele and Christine opened Expressions in photography in 1990 with the idea that the photographic experience should be fun. Combining an enjoyable experience along with our knowledge of quality portraiture has set Expressions apart. Our goal is to create images that speak to your heart and portraits that you will cherish for a lifetime. 
Please plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your portrait session so you will not feel rushed. We have a fully appointed dressing room to help you prepare. You may also choose to bring multiple outfits if you would like a formal look as well as a casual look. Most portrait sessions last between 30 minutes to 1 hour. 
This is such a fun part of the Expressions experience … At the conclusion of your session we will schedule your personal Portrait Show and Order appointment. Your images will be ready for viewing just days after your portrait session. We will have created a slide show set to music for your initial viewing. Your portrait consultant will then assist you in selecting the poses that are the most flattering and bring out your personality. Your portrait show appointment will last about 1 hour. Because you will be making your final choices at this appointment we recommend that all of the decision makers are able to attend, it is also helpful if you are able to get a sitter for the little ones. 
Once you have made your pose and size selections your images are created by one of the top professional photography labs in the country. Any portraits that are ordered from our Paramount Line are fully retouched, removing any blemishes, fine lines around the mouth and eyes and overall blending of the skin tones. Each image is then individually color balanced to ensure proper reproduction of skin tones. Although Gisele and Christine capture all of their images in a digital format; all of the finished portraits are printed on Kodak Professional Photographic Paper to give the best quality possible to your portraits. Each finished portrait is then sprayed with a protective lacquer and mounted to art board for the maximum amount of protection for years of enjoyment. Finished portraits are ready for delivery in approximately four weeks. 
Because of the custom nature of our portraits and the amount of time we spend with each client, a session fee is charged. Session fees do not apply to your portrait order. All of our sessions are done by appointment only. 
At Expressions you are the one that chooses how many portraits you need for your family and friends. You have the option of purchasing portraits individually starting at $85 from our Paramount Line and $45 from our Children’s Line or grouped in Portrait Collections ranging from $250-$955 depending on the sizes and quantity desired. If Expressions does not offer a Portrait Collection that fits your needs they will create one. In addition to their beautiful line of portraits, custom framing is a wonderful way to complete your wall portrait. |
